Sport Psychology Instructor

Megan Cannon

Dr. Megan is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in sport psychology. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in 2013 and completed her training at Pacific Clinics in Southern California. Her mission is to assist athletes and high-performers in achieving strong emotional health and peak performance. She has worked with athletes and teams across the country, delivered keynote speeches at universities, high schools, and conferences, and has appeared on ESPN’s SportsCenter multiple times as an expert on sport psychology.

Confidence Course Instructor

Christen Shefchunas

With twenty-two years of coaching and working one on one with some of the top athletes in the world, Coach Christen speaks to female athletes about REAL Confidence. She was the head coach of swimming at the University of Miami and in 2015, she worked with a group of Olympians and National Team members as they prepared for the 2016 Olympic Trials and Olympic Games. She also speaks to teams, athletes, women’s organizations and women in business about handling those "pressure to perform" moments and building REAL Confidence.

Leadership Course Instructor

Toni Armstrong

Toni Armstrong, MSEd is a Performance Leadership Consultant. She has coached at both the club and college levels, earned her Masters in Experiential Education from Minnesota State Mankato, and has worked for both Outward Bound and The Stanford Leadership Institute at Stanford University. Toni has worked with several teams in The Patriot League and NESCAC conferences as well as many of the top 10 DIII athletic programs. Her passion is in group dynamics, female empowerment, leadership and experiential educational.
